JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, helps pharmacist to prepare and distribute prescribed medication and other health care products to patients and customers. Tasks include (but not limited to) reconstituting medications, compounding sterile preparations, managing inventory, delivering medications to patient care units, replenishing medications in the automated dispensing cabinets, and participating in the scheduled Terminal Cleanings. Clerical duties include (but not limited to) answering phones, filing invoices, stocking shelves, and data entry.
