We’re hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician with medication history experience to join our high-performing clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Work side-by-side with a clinical pharmacist (not retail chaos)
• Collect and verify patient medication history via phone and digital tools
• Use our software to create a “Best Possible Medication History” (BPMH)
• Help educate patients and coordinate next steps with their providers
• Document in our secure, easy-to-use clinical platform
• Collaborate with our care team to keep patients healthy and out of the hospital

• PTCB Certification (CPhT) REQUIRED
• 2+ years of med history or tech experience
• Strong medication knowledge (brand/generic, interactions, etc.)
• Comfort with healthcare tech (EHRs, OutcomesMTM, Surescripts a plus)
• Stellar phone and documentation skills
• Team-first mindset and ability to work independently

• First 90 days: In-person, 5 days/week in our Pittsboro, NC office
• After 90 days: Hybrid schedule available (pending performance)
